For wholesale buyers, please provide your retail’s tax ID number when opening the account. You will see the wholesale price and minimum order quantity  after account approved.

Sorry, we do not provide dropship service for wholesale businesses.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Wire transfers may be arranged for large orders but please contact us directly.

Most of our in-stock items are shipped in 1-3 business days.

Our default shipping methods are USPS and UPS for US customers.  We can also use customer provided carrier account ID for shipping.

Our website currently offers shipping only within the United States. Please contact us directly at INFO@CATHAYANA.COM if you would like to place an international order.

Defective products are returnable. Please contact Cathayana, Inc, to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization before sending it/them back.
